Warm pool, cozy stay overall

Our family holiday at Belvedere was delightful! Spacious apartments, a surprising heated pool, and friendly staff made it memorable. The breakfast variety was impressive and set us up for a day on the slopes.

We did find some minor inconveniences. The kitchen lacked essential cooking supplies, and there was a slight cigarette smell in the hallways. Wi-Fi could also be spotty at times.

No nonsense – just the truth

Spacious one-bedroom apartment with a perfect temperature for comfort. Breakfast was good, and the heated pool offered a nice relaxation spot. A mere 10-minute walk to the gondola added to its appeal. The snow removal efforts were impressive, contributing to an enjoyable stay, despite minor flaws.

Unfortunately, the staff at Belvedere Holiday Club seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which was disheartening throughout our stay. The kitchen appliances in our apartment were either broken or hardly functional, making it challenging to prepare even simple meals. the internet service was unreliable, which impacted our ability to plan our daily activities effectively.

absolutely lovely location, but the shower was a disaster with mould and leaks, creating a slippery hazard. my requests for a room upgrade fell on deaf ears, which is shocking for a place like this. how hard woudl it ve been to have a clean pool? I almost could've given a good review—just couldn’t.

It was just an ideal choice for an overnight stay in Bansko with good price-value balance. The room was spacious with a nice heated pool that was perfect after skiing. Remember to ask about the shuttle service beforehand to avoid long waits.

had a great time at belvedere! the large appartment was super comfy, and the heated pool was a nice surprise! staff was reallly friendly and helpful, and the food was pretty good too. loved the bathrobes and the location was perfect, super close to the gondola.

I recently spent 5 nights in a spacious One-Bedroom Apartment and was pleasantly surprised by the heated pool and saunas, which were perfect for relaxing after skiing. The breakfast had a nice variety, and the proximity to the gondola made getting to the slopes very convenient. the kitchen could have used more cooking supplies. it was a bit minimal for self-catering.
